Cancellation Policy

Las citas deben cancelarse o reprogramarse con al menos 24 horas de anticipación.
Si cancelas con menos de 24 horas, se cobrará el 50% del servicio reservado y el depósito realizado no será reembolsable ni transferible.
⏰ Política de tardanza: Si llegas 15 minutos tarde o más, tu cita será cancelada automáticamente y perderás el depósito.
🚫 No Show: Si no te presentas a tu cita y no notificas previamente, se cobrará el 50% del valor del servicio reservado, adicional al depósito ya realizado. El depósito también se perderá y no podrá utilizarse para una futura cita.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the booked service will be charged, and your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or refunded.
⏰ Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
🚫 No Show: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, 50% of the booked service will be charged in addition to the deposit already paid. Your deposit will also be forfeited and cannot be applied toward a future appointment.
